The BAF applicable for 1st September 2008 until 17th October 2008 will be USD $766.00 per TEU plus additional USD $13.00 per TEU Low Sulphur Fuel Surcharge

Currency Adjustment Factor (CAF)
The CAF applicable for 1st September 2008 until 17th October 2008 will be +17.9%
