We would like to re-iterate the importance of following ISPM15 guidelines regarding this matter.

All shipments being sent to the USA or Canada must be compliant with current regulations which require all wood packaging to be treated and stamped in accordance with International Phytosanitary Measures in place.

Any shipments that are found to be non compliant upon arrival in the USA or Canada will result in the whole container being rejected and re-exported back to the UK. The costs for this will be charged to the UK shipper that is responsible for the non compliant shipment involved.
